More than 125 years ago, The King’s Daughters, a local women’s service organization, hired a nurse to care for the sick in Norfolk’s poorest neighborhoods. That initiative, and their generous spirit, grew into what is now Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters, a comprehensive health system dedicated exclusively to children.
