We understand that starting a new job can be overwhelming. To get you started on the right path, we have provided information about the pre-orientation requirements and New Employee Orientation.

Each new employee is required to attend New Employee Orientation. Some may be required to attend orientation programs extending up to four days depending on their role within the health system. For more information on your orientation requirements, please contact your recruiter.

Pre-Orientation Requirements

Your recruiter has already provided you with details regarding the pre-employment requirements that must be completed before you attend New Employee Orientation. As a reminder, please review this list and contact your recruiter if you have any questions:

  •  I9 document
  •  Payroll form
  •  Flu vaccination form
  •  State/Federal tax forms
  •  Emergency contact information

  • Pediatric Medication Administration Online Test*
 

*All RNs and Transport Paramedics hired into the Patient Care Services Division are required to complete the Pediatric Medication Administration Test (PMAT). Your recruiter has provided you with instructions on how to access the PMAT if it is a requirement of your position.
